Keto Chia Coconut Balls

These keto balls will help you stay in ketosis, they will help keep your blood glucose level stable and will curb any craving you have.  They are high protein, low in carbs and high in good essential fatty acids to keep you satiated for longer periods.  

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut

  • 1/2 cup linseed meal

  • 1 cup of almond meal

  • 1/2 cup sunflower meal

  • 1/4 black chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

  • 1/2 cup of tahini or nut butter

  • 1 cup of coconut oil or butter

Method:

  • Blend all dry ingredients together.

  • Pour into a bowl 

  • Melt coconut oil or butter and add nut butter

  • pour over dry ingredients and mix well

  • Refrigerate for 10 minutes

  • Take out and roll into balls

  • Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes

Optional Coating :

  • Melt 1/4 coconut oil

  • Add 1/4 cup raw caco

  • Add 1 tbsp of xylitol

  • Roll balls in chocolate mix and return to the fridge
