Chia and Cashew Milk
I make my own nut mylk and always try to cycle the nuts to get various nutrients. You can also create an intolerance if you have the same thing over and over again.
I've also been concerned about the imbalance of omega 6's (from nuts) to omega 3's. You really want an equal amount of omega 3 to 6's or it can create inflammation.
Adding chia seeds will increase the omega 3 ratio of your nut mylk. Don’t be fooled by the size… these tiny seeds pack a powerful nutritional punch.
