Low Carb Gooey Zucchini Brownie
Ingredients:
2 grated zucchini's
1/4 cup melted coconut oil or butter
2 tablespoons of cacao
1 tablespoon of xylitol
1 cup tahini
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon baking soda
Method
Melt the coconut oil with the xylitol
Mix all the dry ingredients
add everything together and mix well
Pour into a baking tin and bake for 40 minutes
