Spirulina Super Smoothie

This really is a super smoothie. the spirulina is a powerful antioxidant and has anti-inflammatory components. The matcha tea helps with focus but also has a calming effect and the good fats help with blood sugar regulation and satiety.

Ingredients: Serves 2

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • 1/2 large avocado

  • 1/3 cup raspberries

  • 250ml coconut milk or almond

  • small handful of spinach leaves

  • 2 tablespoons almond butter

  • 1 teaspoon spirulina

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.

  2. Serve immediately.
