Turmeric Hummus

We love hummus in our household and this upgraded version is immune supportive and anti-inflammatory.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tin of organic chickpeas

  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh turmeric

  • 1 big tablespoon tahini

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 4 tablespoons ACV

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon bone broth

  • salt to taste (not normally needed if using bone broth)

  • water may be needed if consistency is too thick

Method:

  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas, add to food processor.

  2. Add all the other ingredients into the food processor and blend on high speed until a desired consistency.

  3. Serve with cut up veggies sticks, on steamed veggies, with seedy crackers, or homemade burgers.
