Baked Salmon and Sweet Potato Fries

Omega 3 rich salmon to reduce inflammation in the body along side crispy sweet potato fries.

Ingredients: Serves 1

  • 1 piece of salmon, skin on

  • 1/2 a sweet potato, cut into wedges

  • olive oil

  • Pink Himalayan salt

Method:

  1. Heat oven

  2. Place wedges onto baking tray and drizzle with olive oil and salt

  3. Bake for 30 minutes

  4. 15 minutes into the baking, place salmon skin side up onto tray and bake for a further 15 minutes

  5. Serve with basic spinach salad
