Beetroot Hummus Without Oil
Dips are a great way to get plenty of nutrition in but often store bought ones are full of seed oils which are inflammatory. This homemade dip is a great one without any oil at all to support optimal health.
I use this dip in the RESET Lifelong Habits Program
INGREDIENTS:
3 Boiled beetroots, peeled and roughly cut (you can buy these pre boiled if time poor)
1 can of chickpeas
1 tablespoon tahini
1 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
cracked pepper
1 squeezed lemon or ACV
Enough water to blend altogether
Method:
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor. You may need to keep adding bits of water so a thin consistency is made.
Ready to serve
