Hydrating Smoothie

I often see clients who are dehydrated, not from lack of drinking water but from their cells not absorbing adequate water into the cells. One reason is lack of electrolytes in the diet. Celery and cucumbers are excellent natural electrolyte foods.

INGREDIENTS: Serves 1

  • 1 full stalk of celery (or 1 small cucumber)

  • 1 scoop of Greens powder (I have several I recommend)

  • 2 cups of filtered water (you can use half coconut water)

  • Optional Add ins (1 small apple or 1 kiwi)

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients together

  2. Ready to serve
