High Protein Banana Pancake
These pancakes punch a protein hit of 26g protein, 28g carbs and 8g fat. These will keep you satiated for days….
Ingredients:
1 banana
2 eggs
2 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Method:
Blitz everything together in a blender
Fry in olive oil smaller portions
Serve with greek yogurt or coconut yougurt
