High Protein Banana Pancake

These pancakes punch a protein hit of 26g protein, 28g carbs and 8g fat. These will keep you satiated for days….

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 egg whites

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Method:

  1. Blitz everything together in a blender

  2. Fry in olive oil smaller portions

  3. Serve with greek yogurt or coconut yougurt

  4. Enjoy x
