Salmon Walnut Patties
These patties are high protein, high vitamin A and omega 3’s Fats. they will satisfy you and keep your blood glucose stable for hours, getting you through to your next meal. Serve with a green salad.
INGREDIENTS:
410G TIN OF RED SALMON
½ -1 C COOKED BROWN RICE
24 WALNUTS
4 EGGS
2 GRATED CARROTS
4 SPRING ONIONS
1 CELERY STALK (DICED)
1 TBS SMOKED PAPRIKA
METHOD:
In a blender, process the walnuts, the carrots, celery and spring onions
Add the rice and eggs to the mixture and blend
Add the salmon and spice.
Make into palm sized patties and place on prepared baking tray.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Enjoy 2 patties with a large green salad.
