Green Goddess Dressing

This is a recipe from my dear Dutch friend who lives in Spain.  She came to visit with her beautiful daughter and fell in sync in the kitchen together.  This is one of my go to dressings which is great on salads, as a dip and a spread.  You can also choose your variety of herbs depending on taste.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of chopped coriander

  • 1/2 cup of chopped parsley

  • 1/2 cup of chopped dill

  • 1 avocado

  • lemon juice from one lemon

  • 1/4 cup of olive oil

Method:

Blend everything together in a food processor and its ready to serve.
