Carroty Smoothie

This is super anti-inflammatory with the potent micx of spices and herbs. This carroty smoothie is great when you feel like a lighter option instead of a full meal. Works well with intermittent fasting as a light meal in-between main meals.

Ingredients: Serves 1.

  • 1 medium carrot

  • 1 cup of almond milk

  • 1 small know of ginger, peeled and sliced.

  • 1 orange

  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon all spice mix

  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil or coconut oil

  • 1 tablespoon collagen peptides

  • Black pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and mix.

  2. Serve and enjoy.
