Carroty Smoothie
This is super anti-inflammatory with the potent micx of spices and herbs. This carroty smoothie is great when you feel like a lighter option instead of a full meal. Works well with intermittent fasting as a light meal in-between main meals.
Ingredients: Serves 1.
1 medium carrot
1 cup of almond milk
1 small know of ginger, peeled and sliced.
1 orange
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon all spice mix
1 tablespoon MCT oil or coconut oil
1 tablespoon collagen peptides
Black pepper to taste
Method:
Combine all ingredients into a blender and mix.
Serve and enjoy.
