Buckwheat Pancakes
Gluten free power packed pancakes without the glucose/insulin spike to keep you going for hours. Enjoy with your favourite nourishing topping.
Ingredients:
2 bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup of buckwheat flour
2 tbs hemp seeds
2 tbs chia seeds
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter to cook with
METHOD:
Blend all ingredients together
Heat butter in fry pan
Cook both sides for 3 minutes or until browned
Serve with your favourite nourishing topping; cut up strawberries or blueberries, kefir or coconut yogurt
