Buckwheat Pancakes

Gluten free power packed pancakes without the glucose/insulin spike to keep you going for hours. Enjoy with your favourite nourishing topping.

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup of buckwheat flour

  • 2 tbs hemp seeds

  • 2 tbs chia seeds

  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon butter to cook with

METHOD:

  1. Blend all ingredients together

  2. Heat butter in fry pan

  3. Cook both sides for 3 minutes or until browned

  4. Serve with your favourite nourishing topping; cut up strawberries or blueberries, kefir or coconut yogurt
